This level is responsible for loading or unloading merchandise from semi tractor trailers and other vehicles properly, safely and in a timely manner. Operate tugger and transport loaded or empty merchandise floats to their destination. Scan and tag merchandise. Pull merchandise to be loaded onto semi tractor trailers and/or put merchandise that has been unloaded into proper storage racks and bins. Must also maintain areas of consigned merchandise until the proper shipping date.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:   - Load / unload merchandise, i.e., furniture, appliances and home furnishing accessories, from semi tractor trailers and other delivery vehicles- manually. - Accurately scan merchandise into the warehouse system and check for accuracy. - Properly tag merchandise coming into the warehouse. - Sort merchandise for placement in warehouse storage. - Properly place merchandise in assigned racks and bins throughout the warehouse. - Operate tugger, forklift, order selector, etc. - Locate and pull merchandise to be loaded onto semi trailers. - Scan merchandise and sort it according to shipping dates - Maintain designated areas in the warehouse where merchandise, already consigned to specific stores can be held until the proper ship date. - Must have ability to perform bin audits.   JOB QUALIFICATIONS:   - Must be able to lift 75 lbs. – 50 lbs. chest high and maintain production for at least 12 hrs. - Ability to lift, stand, bend, stoop, reach and walk for at least 12 hours per shift. - Ability to operate a tugger, forklift, order selectors, etc., and has obtained necessary certifications through company training programs. Advanced knowledge and diversification of scanner useage. - Must be able to communicate effectively with others. - Must be able to read shipping tags, documents and work-related paperwork. - Ability to associate numbers / cross-reference for tagging. - Ability to work a 12 hour shift - 3 days per week, and work overtime if necessary. - Must be able to work independently, as well as with others Equal Opportunity Employer/Drug Free Workplace

Monitor daily scheduled jobs in reconciliation software and resolve problems through communication with stores, banks and credit card processors.     ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Reconcile store bank accounts to corporate records using reconciliation software. - Resolve and clear outstanding items using reconciliation software and communication with retail stores, banks, credit card processors, and management. - Update bank account information in the database for assigned account balance pools or notify the responsible person of the changes. - Monitors scheduled import jobs, messages, and bank calendars to ensure that jobs run correctly and communicate with BAI banks to ensure accurate and complete data transmission as needed. - Monitor minimum balance levels in assigned bank accounts and process check requests as needed to maintain the authorized level. - Maintain import/export formats, scripts and look-up tables in software. - Set up and maintain approved account balance pools and accounts in reconciliation system. - Report practices or issues noticed in assigned accounts that violate corporate policy or procedure. - Resolve internal work orders related to store balancing issues.   ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:   - Assist with problem solving systems and balancing. - Support supervisor with year-end process. - Other duties as assigned, including some mail handlings, sorting, and filing.     KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: - High school diploma / GED - One to two years of practical experience with bank statement reconciliation. - Ability and desire to work with numbers. - 10-key proficient and familiar with automated office equipment. - Strong analytical skills. - Ability to work on multiple tasks. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel spreadsheets. - Ability to sit, stand, lift up to 15 lbs., twist, bend, reach with hands and arms.   ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:   Works indoors in a controlled environment.

Maintain appointment log. - Follow up with all employees, managers and timekeepers, and medical offices regarding workers compensation appointments, light duty status and any policy or procedure clarifications. - Adjust employee time for workers compensation issues and report to payroll for accurate wage payment. - Conduct timely and accurate data entry into a variety of computer programs related to workers compensation, employee health and safety. - Promptly report information to insurance carrier for claims processing. - Generate timely reports as requested by management related to workers compensation, employee health, wellness and safety. Maintain OSHA documentation as approved by the Employee Health manager. - Create and maintain up to date and accurate workers compensation and medical files. - Review and report daily drug screen results. - Complete pre-employment, post accident, and random drug testing and breath alcohol testing for employees including those covered by DOT regulations. - Reconcile, track, and forward all bills to the insurance carrier. - Coordinate between patient, doctor’s offices, and insurance carriers to resolve billing issues. - Maintain ordering and shipping of drug testing supplies for all locations. - Support all employee health, wellness and safety programs as requested. QUALIFICATIONS:   - High School diploma or GED - Associate Degree preferred - One year of workers compensation experience preferred. - Excellent people skills and the ability to communicate effectively appropriately and professionally with employees, managers, upper management, physicians, attorneys and outside vendors, by telephone or through written communication; assimilate information and make decisions; work under pressure in a detailed, organized, and professional manner. - Computer skills to include Microsoft Office / Word / Excel / PowerPoint and ability to learn specialized programs specific to the profession. - Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality. - Ability to assess complaints and disputes with sound reasoning, decision and problem solving skills, and refer to management to handle. - Ability to read and comprehend instructions, manuals, professional documents, and insurance claims. - Ability to manage, scan, and input large amounts of incoming documents. - Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations related to workers compensation, employee health and safety to include OSHA, HIPPA, FMLA and ADA. - Strong professional telephone etiquette, problem solving, and decision-making abilities. - Effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task.

Provide exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers.  - Troubleshoot pended orders, credit card disputes, chargebacks, and customer service issues for root causes and remediation. - Assist with Footprint work orders that are created and respond to issues as they arise. - Communicate with customers and stores regarding delivery questions/concerns that may arise. - Work with eCommerce staff to identify tasks that prohibit or deter customers from transacting. - Monitor reports to identify when sales headers types are changed that the reasons are valid and legitimate. Pull supporting documentation as needed. - Update shipping territories as new stores are added. Ensure zip code delivery fee is captured correctly and accurately reflected on the sales orders. - Work with outside vendors/carriers on tracking any lost packages, shipment concerns, etc.. as needed.       Qualifications: - Associates Degree or higher Required - 1 years Retail experience preferred - Furniture industry experience preferred - Experience with current point of Sale system required - Detail oriented with a strong understanding Point of Sale Process flows and sales order processing tasks. - Ability to communicate effectively with management, customers, and personnel by telephone, or through written communication; assimilate information and make decisions; work under pressure in a detailed, organized manner. - Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations. - Advanced computer skills. - Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving and decision making abilities. - Effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
