    JOB SUMMARY:

     

    Provide front line support to the Distribution Centers inventory and quality efforts.  Perform daily location audits and quickly respond to inventory and quality concerns as they arise.  Assist Distribution Center Management by conducting random quality audits.  Work with the Quality Assurance Specialist (QAS) with manufacturer quality issues to include first article inspections.

     

    Schedule:  Monday - Friday: 9:00AM - 5:30PM (until work is completed)

     

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

     

    1. Conduct daily cycle counts
    2. Conduct random Put Away Audits
    3. Research and correct Not In Location (NIL) issues
    4. Research and correct Purchase Order discrepancies
    5. Conduct random quality audits on outbound loads
    6. Assist with First Article Inspection process
    7. Correct/Respond to all store Work Orders (quality concerns, shortages, tagging issues) through Footprints
    8. Participate in Distribution Center Inventories
    9. Complete the put away process for Return to Stock (RTS) items
    10. Prepare Return to Vendor merchandise (RTV)
    11. Monitor and reprint bin location, float, and cage location labels
    12. Assist with damage container/trailer issues as needed
    13. Maintain storage trailer counts and trailer seal integrity
    14. Maintain the disposal of obsolete merchandise process
    15. Process damage items as identified and conduct random merchandise inspections

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    1. High School diploma or GED
    2. Basic computer skills – RF Scanners, Data Entry, Outlook, and Excel
    3. Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written in an understandable manner to someone who has not
    4.      observed the issue.
    5. Ability to read and interpret policies, procedures and make recommendations to management
    6. Ability to deal with problems with a favorable outcome.
