Responsible for coordinating and dispatching loads to maximize productivity and ensure prompt, courteous and efficient service to all customers; maintain driver records and reports in the Traffic Management Program (TMP); Process payroll for all drivers; Input out of state mileage reports for fuel taxes; Maintain files on tractors and trailers and process all department invoices; Input data, maintain monthly metrics data and update transportation KPI report in Excel; Review and identify corrections on DOT logs for all locations and maintain central file; Ensure driver compliance with DOT regulations.
