RETAIL MANAGER - IN TRAINING:
90 to 120 days training to become a store manager.
Ability to Relocate within all W.S. Badcock markets.
Direct and Supervise employees engaged in Sales, Delivery and Store Operations.
Train employees in all aspects of store operations.
Recruit Sales and Delivery staff to ensure store is at proper levels to assist the public.
Ability to work flexible schedules;including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Two Years General Management experience.
Bi-Lingual a plus
